Withdrawals

To make your experience easier, FXGM has worked hard on providing their clients with an easy withdrawal method. Withdrawal requests are quick at FXGM. All you need to do is follow the simple steps listed below:

  1. Login to your trading account and register your withdrawal;
  2. If you used a Credit Card to fund your trading account, fill out our
    Credit Card Declaration form and send it to us via fax at +35722766333 or scanned via email at customer.service@fxgm.com. 

Please note that withdrawals are credited back to you via the initial method of deposit. For example, if your initial deposit was via credit card then the withdrawal is credited to you via the same method with surplus funds (if applicable) credited to your nominated Bank account.

Example:
• Initial deposit $1000 via credit card
• Withdrawal $1500
Therefore $1000 will be refunded back to the same credit card and $500 will be refunded back to your nominated Bank account.

Note: Our BackOffice Department will initiate the processing of withdrawal requests within one business day, if the relevant requirements are met as described in the Service Agreement and Appendices. However, the time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary, depending on your payment method.

In case of open positions during the processing of your withdrawal request, your available withdrawable equity might differ. A withdrawal request that cannot be executed, due to insufficient funds, will be rejected. Upon rejection and if you still wish to proceed with a withdrawal, please submit a new withdrawal request within the available withdrawable equity.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or your Bank’s internal procedures. Bank fees incurred as a result of Bank transfers are not charged from our side. However, the sending and/or correspondent banks may charge according to their own fee structure.
