    2. Promoting the investment services and ancillary services of Depaho Ltd;
    3. Attracting Clients and Prospective Clients on behalf of Depaho Ltd.

    The Depaho Ltd Branch in Spain has an established Customer Care Service ("SAC") specialised in dealing with and resolving complaints/claims submitted by its clients.


    The Branch and its Customer Care Service adhere to the applicable transparency and customer protection regulations for financial services, including, but not limited to the below:


    - Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, dated 23 October, approving the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act.

    - Order EHA 1717/2010, dated 11 June, on the regulation and control of investment products' and services' advertising.

    - Order ECC/2316/2015, dated 4 November, on information and classification obligations of financial products.

    - National Securities Market Commission Circular 1/2018, dated 12 March, on warnings regarding financial instruments.

    The SAC is required to address and resolve complaints/claims presented by clients within two months from their submission.


    It should be noted that Branch clients may only file a complaint/claim with the CNMV, after they have filed the same complaint/claim with the SAC and after the two-month period has lapsed.
